Some team members were curious others, were suspicious. This session tells the story of Sally and what it means when AI joins the Scrum team. During my journey as an Agile Coach, I faced numerous challenges in building and leading effective teams. It was challenging for me to read the emotions and thoughts of the people and determine appropriate action, and I felt frustrated and curious simultaneously. Curiosity opened new doors for me to understand underlying behaviours and team dynamics, giving me new lenses through which to look at the team and help them better. In this workshop, we will explore the various roles people might play in teams, as well as the associated behaviours.
